With over 7 years of experience in producing conferences/meetings and a master at working on multiple accounts. You listen to your clients (and teammates) with understanding and execute with expertise. You have a calm demeanor when onsite and over exceed in your goals. You are current in industry trends, don’t miss deadlines, love to travel, and outstanding in negotiating hotel/vendor contracts.

Sponsorship and Exhibits Manager
Primary responsibility will be selling and managing exhibit booths and sponsorships. You are a creative individual with a minimum of three years of experience with a preferred focus in exhibits, sponsorship and advertising/branding sales and management. You will bring expertise in the management of exhibits and sponsorships to the diverse range of clients at MMS to support their internal growth of sales supporting client’s annual trade show conferences.

Primary responsibility will be to act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our sponsors and exhibitors accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. You will bring a high tough level of customer service in support of emails, and phone to our diverse range of clients. You are a person who never wants anyone to wait long for a response, helps to provide the best solution to anyone with difficulty and always maintains a great attitude.
